Terms & Service Policy
"Operational Guidelines designed to ensure complete transparency, safety, and your guide to our care commitment and operational standards".
Structured Payment & Invoice Cycle
Weekly Service Schedule: Invoices are generated every 7 days. Payments must be processed strictly in advance. A late fee penalty of Rs. 50 per day will be applicable on all delayed non-advance settlements.
Fortnightly Service Schedule: A mandatory 50% advance deposit of the total fortnightly cycle estimate is required before commencement of the service period.
Monthly Service Schedule: This operates on a strict advance model. A minimum of 15 days advance payment must be deposited at the start. If the advance is not received, the service cycle will default to the Weekly Payment Schedule by system settings.
General Terms & Payment Protection
Zero Caregiver Liability: Curra Home Healthcare will not be accountable or responsible for any direct financial transactions, cash handouts, or tips given to the caregiver. All service fees must be paid directly to our official corporate accounts, and under no circumstances will personal payments to caregivers be adjusted against the official invoice.
Cheque Bounce Penalties: Any payment made via cheque that is dishonoured or bounced due to client-side updates will attract a penalty of Rs. 500 for the first default, and Rs. 1000 for subsequent defaults. These regulatory charges are over and above any standard bank fees.
Attendance & Billing Verification: Invoices are generated based on verified attendance records of the caregiver. Charges for any unverified or pending logs will be adjusted and appended post dual confirmation from both the client and the management team.
Dispute Settlement: In extreme cases where invoices remain unpaid for 30 days past the overdue date, the company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings to resolve the dispute under local jurisdiction.
Operational Discretion: Management reserves the professional right to modify, cancel, or reschedule appointments under unavoidable administrative or medical emergencies.
Minimum Administrative Deduction: In the event of early cancellation post-deployment, a minimum service charge equivalent to 2-3 operational days will be standardly deducted before completing the final settlement.
Theft & Property Disclaimer: While all caregivers undergo strict verification, families are advised to secure all cash, jewelry, and valuable assets. The company will actively assist in internal investigations or official police inquiries if required, but will not be financially liable for any personal property losses inside the residential premises.
Zero Abuse Policy: Caregivers must be treated with basic dignity, respect, and professional courtesy. Any instance of physical, verbal, or mental harassment by the family will result in immediate termination of the service cycle with a 100% forfeiture of the advance deposit.
